1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the QuantSignal Research website, REST API, WebSocket streams, or trading analytics software (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Services.

2. Quantitative Signal Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure

QuantSignal Research provides machine-learning generated data and analytics for informational and algorithmic strategy automation purposes only. Nothing contained on the platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of financial capital loss.
Past backtest performance is not a guarantee or indicator of future trading results.
You are solely responsible for all trade order executions placed via API keys or webhooks.

3. API Usage & Rate Limits

Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the QuantSignal API in accordance with their active plan tier limits. API credentials and secrets must remain secure. Any unauthorized sharing or scraping outside configured rate limits may result in instant key suspension.

4. Security & Authentication Policy

QuantSignal employs 256-bit AES encryption for all stored credentials and API secrets. Users are advised to enforce 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) and IP whitelisting for all production API keys.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
